Immerse yourself in Lauren’s world through her home healing sanctuary. This experience promotes self-discovery, guidance, and confidence for clients. Through your unqiue needs, Lauren will use journaling, breathwork, sound healing, and body relaxation tools to calm the nervous system.

The Glow Up
Glowing from the inside out is what Lauren is all about! Enjoy a personalized skincare treatment with gentle tools and products such as gua sha, facial cupping, derma rollers, sheet masks, oils, and red light. Lauren infuses her treatments with reiki and a positive playlist for you leave feeling like your best self!

Dive into your depths through open dialogue, guided meditation, prompted journaling, and a final oracle card pull. Lauren will bring you into the present to feel what needs to arise, and then shift towards uplifting solutions! A safe space, special for you.
